YOGA FOR EQUESTRIANS

As equestrian riders, many of us often become stiff and maybe feel “inflexible” after our weekly riding schedule. Being an equestrian for nearly 20 years, Katie understands anatomical structure and has designed asana practices to aide in those daily needs. Asana means posture or pose in Sanskrit, though it can be translated to “a steady, comfortable seat”. The classes Katie offers are centered around encouraging balance, stability, and movement. Our goal is to find a personalized asana practice in a group setting. To find peace in the movements while staying collected in the herd.
Asana Practice: This will consist of a 45-minute physical practice: You will need to bring your favorite yoga mat and water.
